All classes are 50 min in length. Styles include: Swing, Salsa, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Hustle, Bachata, Bolero, Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Mambo, Samba, and Merengue. Group classes change styles monthly.

About James Bell
James Bell subscribes to the philosophy that "Dancing is the loftiest, the most moving, the most beautiful of the arts, because it is no mere translation or abstraction from life; it is life itself." This attitude is demonstrated in James' approach to teaching all levels of dancers, from beginners to those more experienced dancers who need to polish their technique. James has been teaching for 13 years and is a Dance Specialist who has expertise in all the most popular social dances. He is a D.V.I.D.A. Certified Teacher, with six years of competitive dance experience to his credit, reaching the finals in four of the six years.
James also danced for the Jacksonville Jaguars' Jackson DeVille for the 2004 season, and has twelve years experience as a Master of Ceremonies, with a specialization in children's parties. A Jacksonville native, he demonstrates his sophisticated style and love for dance every time he takes a student onto the dance floor.
